Prototypes
1 – Multisensor-node: A prototype capable of monitoring the status of a vehicle unit carrying fire fighters, monitoring oxygen levels inside the vehicle, high levels of CO inside the vehicle.
2 – Infrared Fire Alarm for Vehicle Protection: Flames surrounding the vehicle can be detected and instantly communicated to the central unit.
3 – A portable device to classify fire front intensity using stereo video processing was designed and implemented. It uses a visible and a near-infrared camera and a microcontroller.
4 – FPGA-Based Satellite Image Classification for Water Bodies Detection
5 – Prototype for the Detection of vegetation changes with satellite image processing using GPU accelerators.
6 – Fire Spread Simulator.
7 – Fire spread database (2015-2021) with 80 uses-cases.
8 – Two prototypes of analog to digital converters for sensor Interfaces: 1) 10-V, 5-bit, 100-Hz CS-MCS Hybrid DAC SAR ADC with Oxide TFT Technology and 2) 0.8-V 10-bit 40-MS/s CS-MCS Hybrid DAC SAR ADC with 65-nm Bulk CMOS Technology.
9 – A Fully Integrated Power Management Unit with a Multi-ratio and Multi-cell Switched-Capacitor DC-DC Converter in 130nm CMOS technology.
